i watched like 15 dante exum highlights and game replays today. im pretty sold, he looks like hes going to be pretty good. also think that hood is going to be a solid player for #23 pick.


also adidas and red bull believe in dante, and adidas seems like they have a pretty good eye for talent.

he defends the post and he does play from 15 feet in when he's not jacking up the 3s. it's funny how that stupid old fucker hubie brown kept saying how good bosh is at 3s now. i looked it up and he ranks #120 in the NBA in 3 pt % among qualifying players (i think need to have shot 50 3s in the season). he ranks #19 out of 20 big men (pf/c) that meet the criteria. he's horrible at 3s

The basketball side of the Nets’ business is projected to have lost $144 million over the 2013-14 season, according to a confidential memo the league sent to all 30 teams in early June. (Grantland has reviewed and verified the memo with a half dozen sources.) If that strikes you as out of whack, that’s because it is.

The NBA expects nine teams will end up having lost money once luxury-tax distribution and revenue-sharing payments are finalized. The Nets, with that monster $144 million figure, are the biggest losers. Next in line? The Wizards, with projected losses of about $13 million. That’s right: The Nets lost $131 million more than any other NBA team last season. This is what happens when you pay $90 million in luxury tax for an aging roster and play in a market so large you are ineligible to receive any revenue-sharing help.

i love gordon hayward, but i would be against the jazz matching a max offer. which the jazz are bluffing that they will match anything, but im pretty sure thats a straight up bluff

Kyle Lowry has agreed to a 4 year, $48M contract to stay with Toronto

this owns. thank fuck he didn't sign with the heat or lakers.

raptors need to string several strong seasons in a row to show they're a winning franchise. then it starts becoming a more attractive team to free agents. all this b.s about players not wanting to join because "it's in canada", "cold weather" , and the taxes... etc, all nonsense. they've sucked since their existence, it's time to change that. when you create a winning culture, that's when things will change.
