warcraft 2 is a bare bones RTS nothing fancy and totally balanced if everyone is playing orc. This strategy works in literally every RTS game.

Steadily build your army gradually and don't use it. steadily build your economy without pause. and bam before you know it you have 40 grunts level 5 outrush them gain control of the map and are ahead in economy. This would be referred to as a 1 rax in war2 terms. Similar to what lux and blid used to do every single game. only thing is they did it just to reach lust quickly without dying not knowing that it is a highly versatile strategy capable of literally anything.

so lets review:
build stuff
do nothing
keep building stuff
then do something
gg.

pretty simple?

the only contradiction is tower wars but hey rep that rax and bam you win the nib war.

Ha, Stronghold Crusader was a brilliant game, though I used to just quickly build an Armory, get the Marketplace to buy Maces and Leather Armor and I'd rush Macemen, Or mercenary camp and rush Assassins.
