Beating a Dual/Chopout Rush
As of late, more and more people have been doing a 9/11 dual that starts with 2 Guard Towers, and then later gets 2 Raxes inside 9, and pumps about 9 level 3 Grunts or so, and then gets lust. What do you guys feel is the best way to beat this from 12/2/4/5 that could also be used to beat a normal dual if done correctly?
Probably the best thing I can think of off the top of my head is walling him in with a rax or something and getting a few Towers. By then, though, he can have tons of Resources and just backdoor 12 or something like that. Anyways, what do you guys think?

Don't let him chop out? Most players chop out very early to have a couple grunts for a 2v1 choke, at this time your opponent prolly only has 6 or 7 grunts id estimate and 1 tower upgrading at the most.

I usually do beat duals from 12 no matter what because both my rax are up fast and I can make a mill soon enough. But I was just curious as to what you guys thought was a way to beat a dual almost every time if executed well.

Sluggo, u dont care if he chops out that early. He wont deny u from getting guards tower if he cant outrush u. The important is to keep ur cats alive with ur grunts and towers. Grunt control is the key. Then u just pull more towers near his raxes and keep bringing level 4 grunts.
