DW Mike docked 5 ranks for abuse
Mike lost to Godspeed twice, but only reported once, leaving Godspeed one rank behind him. Then he lost to Hazard until Hazard passed Godspeed in the rankings, and THEN reported his second loss to Godspeed. By reporting out of order, neither Hazard nor Godspeed passed him in the rankings.
This "creative" reporting (out of chronological order) is obviously snaking around the rules and how things should be. I was going to dock him 10 ranks, but since he's so active in IGL I am making it only 5. Sorry Mike, but your rank is already inaccurate by 1 or 2 ranks thanks to that little maneuver, and I need to dish out some punitive damages.

i went 5-1 with him.. he didnt report his loss untill he beat me, so he .accidently didnt report 4 losses
