Graphic Programs
I know of a few, but does anyone have an opinion on what graphic editing program they've tried and liked? I'd like to edit some images and would like some input from people who know more about it. Thanks.

I used to use psp because it was easy to crack. Now I'm employed by the government so I use whatever the standard is and they don't mind paying for software. So Photoshop it is! If I had to choose one, it would be photoshop by a hair.

Photoshop CS was released fairly recently. That with Eye Candy 4000 gives you all you need ... unless you're into 3d stuff. Then you might want to check out 3d Studio Max.
I'm not sure if you're the type that is willing to pirate stuff, but it's very expensive if you don't.
