That was early stages of when they were talking about it. World of WarCraft has been talked about for awhile too. But, now the beta is here and it's scheduled for June 11th 2004. When War3 Beta was here I don't think it was delayed very long at all. Same with TFT they set a date and it went out on time.

I just found out that Taurens can wield guns. haha awesome. As I will most likely be a Tauren Shaman /w Alchemy/Herbalism when the official game comes out. Also why does everyone prefer Rogue? Check this poll out.

Definitely not July. As you know, we never set release dates, but you can expect the beta to run for another 5+ months since we have lots of content to test

Its sweet. I'm liking it.
I also tried out the defensive stance today for the first time .I thought it blew but it really lets you tank. That revenge skill -- I thought it was the same as overpower for battle stance, but it works as the opposite (instead of using it after they parry or block, you use revenge after you block). Combine that with your 75% chance to block for 5 seconds, and you can really absorb damage and still dish it out. Defensive stance is also good in a big group so you can taunt.

I do miss charge and hamstring (slow them down) from the battle stance though

I thought a warrior would just be something to learn the game with but i'm loving my character.

I have not looked into WoW at all, do you create a character and run around online enchancing your skills and gathering items (Diablo2?)

Or do you still have units coming along with you on your "quest" to victory?

Oh my god never compare this game to D2 again hehe. I hated D2 with a passion, that game was horrible. This game on the other hand is so much fun. I will grab some sites and let you browse around. When I first started reading stuff about it I was eager to play. Kind of sounds silly but I couldn't wait for beta to come out. It's a blast man, make sure yu get it when open beta comes out soon. They have to test how stable the servers are. ie massing them with people, ect. They are also going to create another server after they test #1's capacity.
