how are they better

they lose bledsoe for collison, clearly worse
they lose hill/butler/billups for reddick and dudley

so their starting 5 got a bit stronger, they lose a good backup PG and they lose 3 solid veterans giving them quality minutes off the bench

their bench is basically matt barnes/crawford. They're 7 players deep and dudley/reddick wouldn't be starting on half the teams in the NBA

oh yeah and they traded a draft pick for a coach rofl
