Sandusky fights back against allegations
A defiant Jerry Sandusky maintains his innocence, denying the unbelievable charges against him. He was joined in the courtroom by his loving wife, who is standing by him to the end.
It turns out that his lawyers were not given proper time to prepare a defense, having 12,000 pages of information and hundreds of pictures dumped on them to review. They'd asked for more time and been denied by the judge, which is the basis for this appeal.
The legendary Penn State coach faces 30-60 years in prison, effectively a life sentence for a man of his age.

im pretty sure he got his trail.. im pretty sure there were well over 10 people accusing him of molestation, including his own step son.

yeah really, how could he be so guilty when they only had 12000 pages of documents and hundreds of photographs filed against him. I mean, they must have found some anime in his closet or some JRPGs

The lawyer even admitted he reviewed all of the evidence since and it wouldn't have changed his trial strategy at all. Yes lets make all the victims testify in open court again because his lawyer was too lazy to review everything. Thats what other lawyers and para legals are for. Sandusky was 2 poor to hire a decent law firm so thats grounds for a retrial? lool it makes you sick you shed tears for a petter ass that robbed so many children of their innocence. jerry sandusky had his day in court and the amount of first hand evidence, like witness testimony was
far too overwhelming
for him to ever be acquitted. This appeal (like many appeals in the united states) is a bullshit waste of time and money so one old child molestor can mantain his innonence for a few years longer.

anyone who followed along with the trial knew 100% he was going to get convicted. Among the experts (who DO have law degrees) there wasnt even a discussion of "is he innocent?" only "how long with this last"
but you obviously didnt buy into the media hype, because youre ghostnuke the free thinker.

I am simply an advocate for the right to a fair trial to all persons, regardless of how heinous the crimes they are accused of are. I am sad that you cannot say the same. You seem quite assured of his guilt despite your lack of expertise, just another sheeple bleating at the media circus I suppose.
