Congrats
I quit using Champix (or whatever it's called where you live) after smoking for 10+ years and smoking a pack a day. It was pretty great, no withdrawals and really only had to fight the urge of thinking I wanted one because I never needed one. Beats the hell out of struggling for months, going through withdrawals, etc.
Funny how much more free time you have and how you can focus better without always worrying about having your next smoke in the back of your mind eh

just smoke e-cigs. It works for smokers of 40+ years and i can't tell you how many testimonials i've read explaining how effecivitve they are are helping you quit. I smoked for 8 years and quit using e-cig. It's entirely safe and healthy. It's just nicotine and water. And there's almost no reason to quit vaping if you're in good shape physically, because the only possible side effect of nicotine is heart attack and strokes, and there is no side effects of water.
I'd just recommend you do not vape clove.
I did my research and I found that v2 cigs is the best deal and value.
They also work really well, and they come with a lifetime warranty. I got one and it worked great, hit really well, lots of vapor, and a good throat hit.
To get 15% off a starter kit just visit http://www.v2cigs.com/ and type in the code AprilRain and 1374123. With this you get 15% off a starter kit, a free sample pack of all their flavors. My favorite is Mint tea.
Fuck blu, fuck all the other big brand names, and fuck piecing all your own shit together. This actually saves you money and they are just as good as any custom bullshit.
i'm vaping as I type this. _________________ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zbL6Gstg954

you all have to ask yourselves first, Do you really want to quit?
And why do you want to quit? what benefit would it make for you?
of course there are tons of reasons i can come up with but whats yours?
take yourself onto a trip to your local lung cancer patient clinique theres always one in any city, see all cases
ive seen some where they can no longer speak, no vocal cords, they talk all funny and need a tube plugged to their throat to vocalize, then they also unplug that tube to smoke a cigg through that hole....
develop a conscience on why that shit kills.... that would be step 1
now that you have increased a little bit your determination on quitting
use fucking weed instead
it will help tons on the anxiety.
smoke weed everytime you want a tobacco cigg.
i know some ppl have used tobacco vaps or some sort of other nictone replacement and have worked for them.
to me i don't think that would've worked. im a firm believer in you either quit or don't, there's no step-by-step slow process quitting.
a few tips that worked me that I read when i was quitting:
Don't drink alcohol for a long time, alcohol + cigs get along.
don't drink cokes or other gas beverages they also give an impulse to smoke a cig
drink water
don't eat foods that are too spicy. another cig impulser
and make sure your weed is top quality so you get knocked back in your coach (and watch a movie or play videogames) instead of just getting retarded munchies

I started with v2.
In short, they arent good. Any of the cig-a-likes are pretty much garbage but they can get you started.

I think the act of hand to mouth is equal to the nic addiction.
E-cigs satisfy both.
Grab an Ego kit for 30 -40 bux.
It's worth seeing if it works for you.

I read a study that claimed that gay men are twice as likely to smoke cigarettes as straight men. So apparently the hand to mouth, dick to mouth, ass to mouth, whatever, "act" alone doesn't satisfy the impulse. Now I want you to tell me how wrong I am and prove that I'm a bigot. _________________
shotgun doesnt hack, i trained him in the arts of homosexuality
I'm pretty sure you just agreed with me, which is the opposite of what I was looking for. _________________
shotgun doesnt hack, i trained him in the arts of homosexuality
