Channel War2 is better. Not everyone was a bnet player. Seeing BNE makes me cringe. Bnet babies is my slang for war2 newbs.

The channels are not live yet. They are only on the beta server. You can download the beta by launching:
StarCraft II\StarCraft II Public Test.exe

This small exe file is downloaded as a patch when you log into SC2 normally(only for the NA servers).

However they beta is currently down while they implement a few tweaks like un-nerfing fungal.
