When I join a game, there would be times where the maps aren't downloading and no matter how many times I rejoin it doesn't download. How do I fix that?

It might be a firewall or port forwarding issue... however it's strange you could actually join the server but not dl games since they should use the same ports.

I would try reinstalling the game and gateways first.
