yeah dude.. I like how they've basically gotten rid of all of the useless clicking that you find in bw/war2. Units actually move out of the way of buildings when u build them, if you're blocking a ramp with units, your other units will move out of the way to let them through. Those are both HUGE annoyances in other games.
Also , how the early game economy is streamlined. They've kind of eliminated the early game nuances that can make or break you in other games so you're not sweatin tedious shit at the beginning of the game.
How you can queue unit movements is also awesome. Once again another issue where they've gotten rid of tedious play mechanics which favor the guy who plays 18 hours a day and does 300 apm.
I also like the new hotkeys. It will take some getting used to but they've more or less dedicated them to being accessible vs being alphabetically correct. Plus being able to basically select all units at once means I don't have to ctrl group everything.
I think some people will think this is a dummied down version of bw but really all it does is take all of the broken gameplay mechanics, get rid of them and replaced them with more fun gameplay.
I think my only complaint right now is that I don't like most of the maps. And also getting steamrolled by people while I'm trying to read unit abilities mid attack.

so me and turtleman just played kith and soilent green in a rumble of newbs plus kith (sorry soilentgreen haha)
results:
kith, soilentgreen: 3
dakine, tman: 1
it will help greatly when I know what all the units do, but those were some fun games, sc2 is great
ill be back on in a couple hours if u guys wanna play more

lol I played zerg/toss cause I blow with them and wanted to have fun. Kith carries me when we 2v2 though anyway, so he deserves the credit for being the powerhouse in those games.
good games. i'm on somewhat regularly, so if you wanna do 2s for shits & giggles send me a tell in game.

Soilent is a pretty good terran, which he only played once against you guys. He's hardly ever touched zerg or protoss. Hence why you won that game when he was zerg and had 6 zerglings and 3k minerals 9 minutes into the game =/

unless they added single player and didn't patch, it's not in the game yet. you can do 1v1 vs very easy comp though.

yeah, the practice matches and qualifiers are both pretty easy. that early exp/carrier shit works for a while, but if you get placed in gold+ you'll probably get raped for doing it. I don't think I've seen protoss get to carriers yet in 1v1.
