 New phpbb version

Axolotl,

I just installed the new phpbb (v3.05) on a website for a club I'm in at school and they've made some serious improvements (like the ability to set permissions for bots to "no access"). There's a lot of small bells and whistles that are pretty cool in terms of usability. v3.06 is out as well I think. You should think about an upgrade.
