war2 problem.

i got new cable modem like a week ago.
after that it rly has ruined my war2 gaming. i just cant play. it doesnt lag like normal way of lag. it just freezes the whole game for few seconds. like 1-3secs. i cant move a thing. that happens like every minute. one small freeze which gives opponent more time, i cant move my units. fucking hell.

ive asked if opponents have it and no. they dont c the same game stopping for few secs.

any others have had same probs???

everything is the same comp/win7/etc except new cable modem :[[[

i cant play at all. maybe it is time to retire lol.

Ping server.war2.ru to ensure that it is not 'lag' that is freezing you up. If not, then,

1. Try disabling some resident softwares are try again. If fails,

2. Try updating grapghics drivers.

3. Did the problem occur after some kind of windows update? If yes, uninstall that.

id say ur cable is fucked and needs serviced...initial installs of ANYTHING is done by the knuckleheads...good chance they have no clue....you gotta call and get a real pro to check out the line.
